Digital Product Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refund requests will only be considered if:
      • The product or service has not been accessed, downloaded, or used.
      • There is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product or service, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
      • The product or service purchased was misrepresented on our website.

  2. Non-Refundable Products:

    • As a general policy, once a digital product or service (e.g., Yoga, Healing, Pilates & Fitness, Mindfulness / Lifeskills & Softskills Training, Panchkarma & Beauty Treatments packages) has been accessed or started, no refunds will be issued.

  3. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at:
    • Include your order details and the reason for your refund request. Our support team will review your case, and if it qualifies for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Class or Session Cancellations:

    • If you have booked a live or scheduled session (Yoga, Healing, etc.) and wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the start time to qualify for a refund or reschedule.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled based on availability.

  2. Subscription Cancellations:

    • If you have subscribed to any ongoing wellness packages, you can cancel your subscription anytime. However, the current month’s subscription will not be refunded.
